doesn't matter to us... we should just focus on how to read the market using technical analysis and study the companies we invest in. in the long run, stock market always goes up.
I love trumps first 100 days. it brings so much market opportunities. Now let's hope Trump stops his nonsense and stock market raises again. fingers crossed.
yes, identifying signs of top is important to protect capital and have cash to reinvest during corrections and bear market. however, this is not easy. through price action and experience, we can learn how to do it. buying into undervalue stocks is 1 way to make money.
I will sell only holdings that I want to reinvest during a wave up. if not, no point trying to find the market. seasonality doesn't always work. need to check price action of your stock or index.
buy everything. the US and some emerging markets if you want to diversify. but I think I'm concentrating more on US. the greatest economy in the world.
focus on any new products to be launched to increase revenue and earnings per share... these show if the company is growing. if not, there are better investments
yes volatility creates opportunities but don't catch a falling knife.. one way is to buy in batches at support levels. You can also wait for price action to start making higher lows before buying in...
saving cash but rushing to buy. already bought some during the first dip. waiting for the next dip. if market goes higher, and higher lows are made, maybe I will enter too. gotta play the long game with Trump. If Trump fires Powell, there better be a replacement who will start lowering interest rates.
price shouldn't affect unless it's above intrinsic value. even if it's a thousand dollar stock, but it's undervalued, we should just buy. look at $AutoZone(AZO)$ $Booking Holdings(BKNG)$ and $MercadoLibre(MELI)$ ... all very expensive stocks but keep going up.
no I only do 1 sided spread... bull put or bear call. his method is called double up... like playing blackjack if lose, just keep doubling your bet till you win... only problem is run out of capital... I follow my own strategy which is protect capital first before taking risks
