@koolgal:🌟🌟🌟 $Cboe Volatility Index(VIX)$ VIX is the Volatility Index also known as the Fear Index.  VIX measures the implied volatility rate of the S&P500 Index. VIX spiked whenever there is negative news.  On Thursday Jerome Power delivered hawkish comments which implied that they will be fewer interest rates cut next year.  He also said that Bitcoin will not be included in the Feds Reserve. That sent VIX sky high!

@koolgal:I opened $Schwab US Large-Cap ETF(SCHX)$  ,It is Action Time when the markets are down!  SCHX is one of the best low cost ways to tap into 750 stocks of the largest US companies.  It tracks the Dow Jones US Total Stock Market Index, and has an expense ratio of only 0.03%.  SCHX even pays dividends every 3 months.  The current dividend is 1.33%.  SCHX has just paid its dividend on December 16.  The next one will be due in March 2025.  The stock market is currently on sale and this is the best time to go bargain hunting.  @Tiger_comments  @TigerStars

@koolgal:I opened $Schwab US Broad Market ETF(SCHB)$  ,SCHB covers the entire spectrum of the investable US market from Large cap, Mid Cap and Small Cap.  That is 2500 stocks in just 1 powerful ETF.  I bought SCHB as it is on sale, having dropped 3% in the past 5 days.  Nonetheless SCHB is still up 22% year todate.  However if we look back to 5 years ago, SCHB has risen 77%.  That is pretty good returns!  In the meantime I get to collect dividends.  The current dividend yield is 1.2%.  I like SCHB as it is low cost and offers great value for my money  with fantastic diversification.  Minimum cost, Maximum value!  That how I like to invest. @Tiger_
