We are a frozen food storage service and frozen food store rental service provider. We are headquartered in Changsha City, Hunan Province, and mainly provide frozen food storage services. Since our establishment in 2006, we have developed a business model that combines food freezers with frozen food store leasing, which enables us to connect wholesalers and retailers in the frozen food supply chain. As far as our frozen food storage services are concerned, we provide frozen food wholesalers and retailers with frozen food storage and related warehouse management services (such as cargo sorting, sorting and packaging, inventory and tracking, entry and exit records), as well as fire safety and environmental risk management, and they pay us for frozen food storage services. As far as our frozen food store rental service is concerned, we mainly rent stores to frozen food wholesalers and retailers to carry out frozen food Trade business. We collect store rental rent from store rental customers, including monthly store rent and monthly premium, which mainly depends on the specific location of the store.
