ANE (Cayman) Inc is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of less-than-truckload (LTL) services. The Company is primarily engaged in the express freight network operation, including the provision of transportation services, value-added services and dispatch services. The transportation and dispatch services primarily involve providing sorting and line-haul transportation services between sorting canters and then dispatch the goods for customers. The value-added services include the sales of freight related consumables, insurance and operation management and logistics technology services. The Company is also engaged in full-truckload (FTL) business, which fulfils the freight demand of shippers with an entire truck for direct point-to-point service.
