The Industrial parks segment is engaged in the development, construction, operation and maintenance of industrial properties in Batam Island and Bintan Island together with supporting infrastructure activities. The Utilities segment is engaged in the provision of electricity and water supply, telecommunication services and waste management and sewage treatment services to the industrial parks in Batam Island and Bintan Island as well as resorts in Bintan Island. The Resort operations segment is engaged in the provision of services to resort operators in Bintan Resort including ferry terminal operations, security, fire-fighting services and facilities required by resort operators.
