Greenland Mines Ltd was incorporated in Delaware on March 16, 2021 and is a Nasdaq-listed company with two operating segments: (1) a Natural Resources division focused on exploring and developing the Skaergaard project in southeastern Greenland, one of the world's largest undeveloped palladium, gold, and platinum deposits; and (2) a Cell and Gene Therapy division, including Klotho's KLTO-202 for treating ALS. Through its acquisition of Greenland Mining Company, the company holds an 80% interest in the Skaergaard project with an option to acquire the remaining 20%, which has NI 43-101 indicated and inferred mineral resources of 25.4 million palladium-equivalent ounces and 23.5 million gold-equivalent ounces, with an undiscounted in-situ gross resource value of approximately $68 billion based on February 2026 metal prices. The company is supported by an experienced team of professionals spanning mining, geology, biotechnology, and capital markets.
