    Basically, there are way better company than this. For instance, REITS in SGX are significantly rewarding investor quarterly despite the capital gain.

    Doesnt meet the requirements of dividend stock. A dividend stock must has strong track record of constant payment and it would be better that it can grow it's dividend over years.
