Mobileye年内最大IPO计划破灭，但仍是美国科技类的最大IPO。面对美国科技股IPO的低迷行情，对于英特尔来说，此时将Mobileye强推上市，无异于忍痛割肉。自动驾驶龙头Mobileye的新起点无论是英特尔斥巨资要约收购，还是美国科技股IPO市场低迷，暴跌的估值，让Mobileye的上市显得有些不合时宜。Mobileye于1999年成立于以色列，核心业务是提供自动驾驶芯片和软件系统，以及驾驶辅助技术和地图技术。2014年，Mobileye在纽交所上市时的市值近100亿美元，2017年被英特尔以153亿美元的价格收购。在自动驾驶资本热度带来的企业估值虚高的普遍行情下，Mobileye估值却被逐步压缩，有观点认为，市场对行业头部公司Mobileye的态度平静的重要原因在于已经投入市场的Mobileye自动驾驶芯片很难再保持市场竞争力。如今自动驾驶厂商林立，商业化进程加速，Mobileye的竞争对手们，包括英伟达、地平线、华为、百度等厂商的竞争力已经很强，许多汽车主机厂也在自研，或者采用Mobileye之外的自动驾驶芯片产品及解决方案。其中，在2016年7月，Mobileye就与特斯拉结束合作关系，以至于特斯拉自研了FSD。虽然再次站在了新起点，但相比8年前上市的那天，此时的Mobileye或许是以更真实的一面面对投资者。根据招股书，2019年、2020年、2021年以及截止2022 年上半年中，Mobileye的营收分别为8.79亿美元、9.67亿美元、13.9亿美元以及8.54亿美元。截至2022年10月1日，Mobileye的自动驾驶解决方案已安装在大约800种车型上，芯片已部署在超过1.25亿辆汽车上，与全球50多家原始设备制造商合作。在收入和渗透上，Mobileye已经远超8年前，现在的Mobileye面对的是自动驾驶商业规模化应用的加速潮流中。但Mobileye这位昔日ADAS时代的霸主正逐渐掉队。Mobileye依靠着自动驾驶芯片和软件系统的软硬件一体化解决方案，在英特尔收购的前一年，Mobileye占据了全球 ADAS领域约70%的市场份额，日产、通用、宝马、大众等汽车厂商先后部署了Mobileye的辅助驾驶方案。但Mobileye对于在汽车市场狂飙突进的造车新势力，却仍没有办法渗透进去。Mobileye能够站稳行业龙头的根本原因在于其研发能力，不过Mobileye“黑盒子”式的解决方案，早就引起业界的不满，特斯拉、蔚来、理想等车企也因为Mobileye封闭的商业模式，才纷纷选择“出逃”。虽然在3个月前，Mobileye发布了首个面向EyeQ系统集成芯片的软件开发工具包，但能否达到亡羊补牢的作用，还有待验证。并且相较于竞争对手的开放平台，如英伟达的DRIVE AGX、地平线的天工开物，黑芝麻智能的山海开发平台等，Mobileye的开放力度，似乎还没有从昔日的光环中走出来。Mobileye上市抚慰英特尔的“焦虑”将Mobileye剥离单独上市，英特尔也没有放弃对自动驾驶的控制权。Mobileye此次IPO共发行4100万股股票，仅占全部股份的5%，与通常的10%到20%的比例相差较大。此外，在这次招股书中，Mobileye表示，此次IPO收益将用于运营资金和一般性企业用途，并偿还英特尔此前借给Mobileye的35亿美元中部分债务。英特尔表示愿意将未偿还的债务部分转化为Mobileye的股权。只是，英特尔并没有将Mobileye的此次IPO视为融资。据外媒报道称，当被问及英特尔为何在如此艰难的市场环境下推进Mobileye IPO，以及英特尔是否需要IPO所筹措的资金时，英特尔公司CEO
