一周前，叮咚买菜首次更新的招股书显示其将公开发行1400万股美国存托股票，彼时按照发行价区间上限计算可筹资达到近3.6亿美元。对比之下，最近一次宣布的募资规模缩减至此前额度的四分之一，即总体缩减幅度超70%。
