香港万得通讯社报道，腾讯控股在港交所公告，已于四月十三日更新全球中期票据计划，包括（其中包括）本公司近期的公司及财务资料，以及将计划限额由200亿美元提高至300亿美元（或其他货币的等值金额）。
于本公告刊发日期，本公司根据计划仍有本金总额180亿美元的未偿还票据。
就计划及建议票据发行而言，本公司将向若干专业投资者提供近期的公司及财务资料。为了透明地和适时地向股东及更广泛的投资团体发布资料，管理层对本集团财务状况及经营业绩的讨论与分析的相关资料摘要随附于本公告。
本公司已委任摩根士丹利、美银证券及德意志银行担任计划的安排行。摩根士丹利、美银证券、高盛（亚洲）有限责任公司及汇丰为建议票据发行的联席全球协调人。
