This is common for EU to do this. Last time they did to Microsoft on having IE automatically on windows. I dont see any problem, people can always go download chrome or firefox. Anyway, Microsoft responded by having Windows N variants. Now it is on Apple App Store. Hehe. EU really wants choice freedom. It seems to me "We dont want to be restricted to use App Store, please allow us use other App Store". Surely Apple has to fight for this. Lets see who gonna win.

With Apple Music, Apple also competes with music streaming providers,” she said in a statement Friday.“By setting strict rules on the App store that disadvantage competing music streaming services, Apple deprives users of cheaper music streaming choices and distorts competition.
