    Mr Musk who is so used to living in his own world in USA might have overlooked that European staffs are well protected by their Union. Just like inJapan. The companies must have a super strongcase to retrench their staff. I only knew about it when I spoke to my European and Japan colleagues where some of them have stroke or heart attack while at work especially overseas trips. My company bears all the charges of medical bills and even flew them home - of course, medics airplane. Then the company still continue to pay for their medical bills and salary till a time where it is beyond the employees' ability ie can't function theirdaily work routines.
