I had 2 surprises at Frankfurt Airport.  1. A rat 🐭running around at a gate where nobody is around but near to the immigration counter. It ran so fast that I didn't capture it in time. Since I have all the time in the world, I waited for a few min. Finally, the rat came out running again. I captured it in video. Well, it is big enough to capture my attention but will be small for you. 🤭. 2. While waiting for my turn to board the plane, a familiar lady walked past me. I m now enjoying my dinner at the lounge using my Dragon Pass. I m trying to compare German food to that of SATS Premier Lounge. [Facepalm]  [Blush]  [Chuckle]  Both are equally bad! 🤣🤣🤣. I was so impressed that this year I m travelling with lesser and lesser baggage. In the past, SIA will charge me excess baggage when I m on business trip. I don't argue with them, I just passed them my corporate card. As for personal trip, I just act innocently and like a little girl waiting to be lectured by an elderly. SIA will just let me go. 😇😇. My vacation is coming to an end as tomorrow I m flying home.  Met my Milan couple colleagues at Como. The cathedral is Como Cathedral. The husband remembers that I love Pesto sauce. Hence he bought the pasta and pesto Sauce from our Italian customer who used our instrument.  As for the honey, my Italian friend bought it from his friend's daughter who keeps bees. I was told it is chestnut honey. 😱. I need to taste it if it indeed has chestnut taste. It is a pity that I didn't have the chance to meet another retired German colleague who underwent surgery a week before my arrival. Otherwise, he will give me 1-2 bottles of home made jam. trattoria da ettore napoli - TripAdvisor recommendation. No regrets! It is better tasting than  Osteria Della Mattonella. Their prices are very close to one another. Chiaia Metro station - red red red.. with evil eyes on the top too.. The big brown dessert - they call it "Baba". It tastes like Indian's super sweet sponge cake soaked in syrup. Unique shape castle - Castle Sant'Elmo. Today I had the best mozzarella cheese that I ever had. I was in Spaacanapoll. The place is called Zinzi. If you ever go to Naples, please try to get into Metro Chiaia. The corridor welcomes you with bright red. When you step onto the platform and look up, many pairs of evil eyes are watching you. It is a pity that I can only attach 3 photos. Otherwise, I will share more photos from Naples. Leaving Naples tomorrow to meet Milan colleagues for lunch. Thursday home sweet home. I went to Vesuvius National Park and Pompeii today. But to realise that we should purchase our ticket in advanced for the active volcano. In the end, we didn't manage to get in but managed to snatch some photos of partial volcano and the black lava.  As for Pompeii, it was so huge that we didn't manage to cover every single bit of it. I don't think I like Naples despite many people stating it was a lovely place. I went to Poistano and Amalfi by motorbike this morning. The sun is so strong that I m roasted. I m becoming a Filipino domestic helper now - just in time to be one for my mother after her femur surgery.  It is a pity that I could only attach 3 photos.  The overlooking houses, sea n mountain is taken from Positano whereas the other 2 from Amalfi. The stairs leading to the cathedral is Amalfi Cathedral. The sculpture is an olive tree. My Italy trip is a blind box tour ie my Italian friend will decide where to go as long as it is a new place that I have never been. @1PC @Wayneqq

I have not been updating with photos from Germany, Swiss or Italy as vacation started off badly.  1. Frankfurt train delayed by 1.5hrs after SQ flight arrived ahead of schedule 1940hr on 20Sept. 2. Mother had a fracture femur in SG (21Sept) while I was sleeping in Germany - 1hr after I went to bed. when I on my mobile at Germany time 6am, 20+ messages. 2 options given by A&E doc : either bed ridden or surgery if her health permits as she is 88 y o. This Sunday, I m escaping from the terrible and horrible haze in Singapore. Germany - Switzerland - Italy here I come.  I know what to expect in Germany as I m going back office to meet current and retired colleagues. I will also be meeting a German friend who is based in Singapore. He is so busy that we don't have the chance to meet here but this will be my 2nd time meeting in Germany. 🤣🤣. Then 24Sept, I will head off to Switzerland. Started My Cape to Cape walk this morning. Walked to Sugarloaf Rock. Basically testing out our trekking gear. It was windy and occasional raining. Hence dress warmly and next minute put on rain coat etc etc. overall a pleasant walk - 18km.  @1PC @Wayneqq @MHh @rL @Universe宇宙 @melson 

I started my National Day celebration a week earlier. This morning left for Perth for Cape to Cape walk. Took photos at Changi Terminal 1 & Bufferfly Garden at Terminal 3. This air ticket was 1/3 paid by company for my contribution to Korea customer that I went in Mid-May.  I didn't expect myself to be in Perth as my initial plan was to Germany & Italy for 2.5 weeks. This trip was deferred 2x. I think it might materialise in Mid-Sept. [Chuckle]   My travelling spree is finally back again. I stopped travelling 2020-2023. Passport paid by company. South Korea not my cup of tea except ginseng chicken soup, BBQ & The Faceshop. Been to Seoul years ago - my 1st business trip to South Korea. Been to the famous palace, shopping belt & DMZ. This customer I m visiting is in tech park hence not in Seoul. Nothing much to do after work but a big shopping mall besides the hotel 😂😂. I m also a stakeholder of this customer. Speaking of devil!
