The shares were bought via the market on Nov 22.
Following the transaction, Loo’s total stake in the group has risen to 55.554% from 55.5% previously.
Shares in Raffles Medical Group closed 0.5 cents higher, or up 0.58%, at 86.5 cents on Nov 25.
