perhaps $50 a share or higher but not $25. I and others have been staying, this company had a cap on it due to fears of further dilution. As that cap is removed it goes to $30 a share on its own in the near term. Someone buying the company is going to have to cough up at least $60/share. My thought in the event of an acquisition is that a prospective buyer is already buying the company on the open market. I think they have 15 days to report (is that correct). The new owner will get as many shares as they can before announcing a buyout and then make a tender offer for remaining shares.
