Q3 Earnings and Uncertainty on Israel-Hamas War

Some earnings releases good results resulting inaan increase of stock price. However some stocks are continuing on a spiral downward trend due to economical or situational unforeseen circumstances. NIO has plunged down alot since 2 years ago. EV industry that is supposed to reduce carbon footprint and to rely less on oil and gas has also taken a beating despite more deliveries have been fulfilled. Investors are still optimistic that the EV industry will grow threefold in demand where we will see share prices skyrocket like never before.

With Biden administration on new policies and regulations,the world is watching how the stock prices are moving. Many a time, the whales are betting and manipulated the stock market pushing or pulling the stock prices to make huge gains.

Whether the Q3 results are good or not is not necessary a key factor of the share prices. It us the whales who are manipulating the share prices. Having said that, I can only hope for better share prices.

With Hamas-Israel war, it does not have any impact on the stock market unless China is involved in the war or a 3rd world war emerges. As per my philosophy, invest wisely and conservatively unless you have a very big risk appetite for losses.

Started doing stocks 4 months ago and im down 28%, a lot of my portfolio is mostly in EV and Solar industries. So these are like TSLA, RVN, NIO, ENPH. I also hold some BABA and PYPL. Should I just sell all my stocks take the loss and put all in VOO?
