$Intel(INTC)$  Will still be bearish until Intel can prove that it has substance and reinvent itself to have its USP. Otherwise with LBT leadership to rebuilding, it will take some years to do catch up with AMD and Nividia.

Intel CEO just shared that he is making plans to rebuilding Intel. It is sad to hear that such a big well-known organisation only just started thinking about rebuilding the company? It means all these years are wasted and "sleeping". AMD and Nividia has already reinvented themselves and their shares are rising steadily. Intel is like Kodak. While everyone is keeping trend to reinvent to the trends of the consumers, Kodak did nothing that led to the collapse of the well-known and well-loved brand. Similarly, we only want to buy Intel chips in laptops and computers. As AMD has advanced tremendously, consumers are opting for AMD.  I will be queuing to sell ALL of my Intel shares. ESR REIT - CHANGING ITS STRATEGY ESR REIT has just announced its move on proposed units consolidation. This is not favourable to all investors who had pumped in money in this stock. Not only has its management disappointed us and many of us has lost money due to the share price falling, we have yet to recoup our losses and this decision by the management did not consider the investors who pumped in money. Also announcement of 2 dividends payout, then a day later, announced for withdrawal of one dividend payout. This is not a good move of the management to do such things to us. Can anyone vote against this proposal for units consolidation of 10 units into 1? We are losing money enough already.

$ocbc bank(O39.SI)$  Government strategies of giving CDC vouchers are not effective to fight inflation and high costs of living. What the government should have done is to stop increasing GST, give out monthly payouts based on type of flats and income. Without the rise of GST, there won't be a domino effects on all the basic necessities increased in price. US PRESIDENT ELECTIONS What would be the impact on the President Elections if Harris or Trump wins? On their plates, lies the heavy responsibilities of their words during their debates on whether they stay true to what they have said or "promised".  Besides that, the political agenda on tariffs, US-China relations, trades, Taiwan are some of the critical issues that needs to be address.  How much will it impact the stock exchange? One thing for sure - semiconductors, EV industry, Banking will be affected by  whichever President that wins as policies are  crafted based on their belief system and what benefits America. NVIDIA Nvidia used to be the most sought after company but have dropped its share price to a deeper extent. Was expecting the share to rise above 150 but has been plummeting to a range of 135 to 139 for a few weeks until 2 days ago. Managed to sell all at 144 as I don't intend to keep semiconductor shares. I am still holding to AMD and INTEL but will sell ALL when the price is right. Meanwhile, happy Investing:)

ESR-REIT No point promoting rights to your shareholders when you cannot keep the price above 30 cents. Your dividend payouts are peanuts. ESR-REIT should try to think of strategies to make your business become lucrative. To issue rights at 30.5 cents which your current price is only at 27 cents or 28 cents. EV INDUSTRY As the world battle with cutting down carbon footprint and turning our vehicles into Ekectric Vehicles not just for fuel saving and pollution, EV seems to be a better solution as more are cutting down in manufacturing Fuel-led vehicles. I am not a driver but I read an article somewhere that a driver needs to charge from 30 minutes to half day depending on the size of battery. As all battery lifespan will continue to deteroriate,  charging EV may take longer hours and some companies have already introduce battery swapped sstrategies. I think 10 stocks should be enough because having too diversified does not generally mean higher profitability. Tech stocks, Healthcare, Semiconductors,  Bank, Automobile, ETF and dividend stocks.
