this is outrageous. The company enters into a sale and lease back deal and gets totally screwed over By the seller and now they are refusing to pay the rent and saying to KDCR - wtf r u going to do about it? This is China.

Wtf were the management thinking? What DD did they perform and did they hire an advisor. the management and board should be held accountable. It is not their money it is shareholders money - which they are blowing up!
