🌟🌟🌟Sleep is one of the 3 most important things to live a healthy life apart from good nutrition and exercise.  It is easy to lose sleep over losses in the stock market especially when it is a big position.  I must confess that I lost some sleep when the Hong Kong markets hit new lows recently but when I ask myself is it worth it?  The answer is crystal clear.

Nothing is worth losing a good sleep not even big  losses in the stock markets.  Life is too short to worry incessantly about things.  That's why I have invested in ETFs which offer me the diversification and power of many stocks at a low cost and the best part of it is I get to collect regular dividends.

One of the best remedies to sleeplessness is to mediate and being grateful for all the good things in my life.  It can be as simple as having a loving family, appreciating the safety and comfort of my home, laughing at the antics of my dog.  In contrast when I think of people in war torn countries like Ukraine and Palestine, I am so grateful that I am in Singapore.

That's how I am now able to get better sleep irregardless of what challenges life may put in my way - just by counting my blessings. πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸŒˆπŸŒˆπŸŒˆπŸ€πŸ€πŸ€

Have you ever lost sleep over stock trading?
It is said that different types of investors have different sleeping postures. Regular investors sleep on their backs, seemingly enjoying good sleep quality. Pro traders sleep face down, possibly because they are wiping tears with their pillow. No stop-loss traders cannot fall asleep. ---------------------------------- Have you ever lost sleep because of stock trading? Share your experience with us to win rewards! 🎁
