spy rally is led by ai craze. the ai craze has just begun. this ai is different from the ai in the past. the latest ai is generative ai. generative ai has the ability to learn and create. it is only limited by our imagination. ai led rally leader is $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ where its ai chip is flying off the shelves. early adopters are jumping in to ride the new ai wave. the majority laggards which is the largest bulk of people will join in soon after experiencing what is generative ai.
spy pnf analysis with fibonacci retracement projected a target of 549. ai craze coupled with interest rate cut pivot will push the stock market to new highs.
$US2Y(US2Y.BOND)$ retreats as it forecasts the fed interest rates. from the pnf, you can see that it has difficulty making new highs.
