The amount that is earned can be like how we earn our tiger coins. Then, we use the tiger coins to redeem whatever is available and we like.
So, technically, all the above can be made available and everyone can be pleased? Those who want stock vouchers can redeem in the available denominations and currencies. The only tricky bit is for the fractional shares. Have maybe like 5 options like ETFs and stocks from the different markets like US, China/ HK and Singapore. Or, can have themes like US for this month, China for the next. Users can then plan ahead which ones they want to go for.
