DIGITAL CASH

Hmmm, so the reserve bank of New Zealand has just announced a new concept they are looking into... digital cash. What does this mean? Well i only just read the article, and for most of you that are not from tiny New Zealand you would be fair in saying, so what. Digital cash, it could be a possible serious threat to bitcoin, especially if other governments worldwide follow suit.

Im certainly not a conspiracy theorist, but bitcoindoes create a clear and present danger to a government's ability regarding the control of currency. I really don't know at this point how digital cash would actually manifest itself. I suppose i am just asking everyone, have you heard of the concept? Do you think it could impact on bitcoin If governments around the world bipassed banks somewhat by issuing digital currency? the article also suggests that the police and inland revenue departments mite have very limited ability to track digital cash transactions, interesting.

Please like this post and consider following me, and seriously id love your comments. The topic of digital cash, after 30mins of hearing about it leaves me with questions and no answers. I fully intend to find out what the heck is going on here.
