When FEDS cut rates 1-2x, our $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ target for the end of the year is about $570-$580+ range:

  • Election

  • AI reveolution and capital spending by companies

  • Increase in productivity

  • Boom in commodities prices

  • Consumer spending increase

Tips for your to make big profit:

#1. Make sure to always trade only strong companies:

NVDA SPY AAPL MU MSFT META GOOG AMZN

$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ $Apple(AAPL)$ $Micron Technology(MU)$ $Microsoft(MSFT)$ $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ $Alphabet(GOOG)$ $Amazon.com(AMZN)$

This is one of the secrets to this method.

#2. Buy more time with options!

You do not always have to buy ODTE or ones that expire this Friday. Especially on the big dips and the market is deep red.

Buy 1-3 months out with expiry. Make sure you check out examples here.

#3. Study the candles closely most days the market bounces off the bottom and market is going higher!

#4. Which strike do you pick?

I really like buying AT THE MONEY strikes. So if SPY is at $540, I'll ge the $540 strikes with 4 weeks of time or even higher. The chances of me being green are greatly increased.

#5. The best way to manage risk is POSITION SIZE.

You can use a stop loss if the trade goes too deeply against you. So for beginners you can buy 1-2 call options and this is all you need.

One of the the best plays right now is $Micron Technology(MU)$ . I even added more to my positions and alerted: Memory sales will greatly increase and I think it will hit my target $150+ soon and go even higher.
