I am working in a public listed company. I do not have any access to the company good or bad news before the public announcement. However, we can roughly able to gauge whether the company is doing well financially or not from our bonus and pay increment. Therefore, the public company staff will have the advantage to decide early whether to buy or to sell the company shares in good time or bad time respectively.
