State-Backed Chinese Fund Acquires Chinese Stocks Listed in the US.

Great development for China ADRs for sure. State buying of these firms not directly related to property measures but the shift in overall sentiment is palpable.

At least something is working in China's markets.

Meituan continues to rally after posting better-than-expected 2Q24 results yesterday.

Now breaking out of its 4-month consolidation pattern.

China regulators end investigation of BABA. I think everyone was already expecting this. It does give the whole ordeal some closure. Perhaps clear skies for some interesting spin-offs in the coming year now that all divisions are expected to be profitable
