The thing is...AI/ChatGPT will not truly take off to the masses unless is native on iPhone. Apple's 'flywheel' in a sense are many other tech companies that come together in a singular platform like the iPhone. That's a strong moat tbh. Apple Maps sucks (or used to I stayed loyal to google maps) yet is a powerhouse, because apple wanted it to be.
