$NextEra Energy Partners LP(NEP)$ Ok so why am I investing in NEP. Simple really, it's a fantastic dividend stock that recently declared it may not be able to keep increasing dividends in the near term due to higher interest rate costs. It tumbled on that news and is yet to recover.

But wait a minute, they just said they mite not be able to maintain increasing Their dividend, but they didn't say were reducing it. They just said short term interest rate headwinds mean they won't be increasing the dividend.

But it's a bloody good dividend currently 14.39% paid quarterly and it's been paying and increasing dividends consistently for around 10 years.

Once again as an emotional investor I see a bargain that investors have oversold because they overreacted to news that wasn't as bad as it seemed.

Hmmm, since the share price drop they still continued to increase their dividend even though they said they mite not be able too, and guess what. What?

Interest rates have now dropped. It's a very solid company, amazing dividend return and dividend growth.

I've been so right on $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$  If you look back on my posts you can clearly see that. Will I go two for two withNEP? Well even though the price has dropped I'm still up over 20% thanks to dividends.
