$Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$ I personally think QQQ is a silly product. People say it provides a "tech lean" but it really doesn't, it just provides a "Nasdaq lean" which I see no reason that you'd actually want that. If you want a tech lean, buy VGT $Vanguard Information Technology ETF(VGT)$ . If you want a growth lean, SCHG $Schwab U.S. Large-Cap Growth ETF(SCHG)$ is good as you suggested.
I wouldn't go for either of those though. I'd personally recommend a value lean (SCHD $Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF(SCHD)$ sort of accidentally provides that) and a small cap lean. Something like VBR $Vanguard Small-Cap Value ETF(VBR)$ or AVUV $Avantis U.S. Small Cap Value ETF(AVUV)$ to combine with your VOO $Vanguard S&P 500 ETF(VOO)$ .
