Delisting Risk Cleared: Can SMCI Keep Soaring?
SMCI rose 78% last week. SMCI has announced that it has submitted a compliance plan to NASDAQ. If the plan is approved, the deadline for the company to file its audited financial reports could be extended to February next year. Does this mean SMCI's delisting risk has been lifted in the short term? Can it continue to rise this week? Did you buy the dip on SMCI?

In my humble opinion I don’t think so. If it’s some unknown auditor, then I can agree with you. No big audit firm will want to resign. After Enron in the 2000 era caused the downfall of Arthur Anderson for endorsing something like that, there must be a good reason they resign. EY probably don’t want to end up like AA. We have to wait for the company to reveal their financial to the public
