$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$  Dell was previously delisted from the Stock Market back in 2013. Not concerned with SMCI removed from NASDAQ, it doesn't mean gameover. Based off the previous month's short interest VS the current month's, we can conclude that the stock does have a more bearish sentiment in the market. With that in mind, the short ratio is only 0.81% So I'm picking up more stocks and waiting for the next earnings date, which should be somwhere around 27th Jan 2025. I've performed a DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) Analysis, based on my analysis the intrinsic value of the stock is $55.40 per share. SMCI announced that Nasdaq has accepted its compliance plan and extended its filing deadline to 25 February 2025. SMCI added that it should be able to comply with the extended deadline.  SMCI's share rose more than 9% in the morning. I would suggest to take profit on any gains today. The extension given was anticipated and should have been priced into the share price.  Any incremental gain in SMCI's share price should come from  1. Confirmation of non-reinstatement of financial reports (minor gain in share price). 2. Audited reports by BDO do not vary much from unaudited reports (minor gain in share prrice). 3. Future projection of revenue and gross margins (major gain/loss in share price). Ceteris paribus, for SMCI to regain its pre-PWC resignation share

SMCI Review "Clears," but Is It Still a Good Shorting Opportunity?

Although a special independent committee appointed by Super Micro Computer's (SMCI) board found no misconduct, JPMorgan remains cautious. The investment firm stated it would maintain a "neutral" stance on SMCI until compliance issues are better understood. Analyst Samik Chatterjee upheld the "underweight" rating on the stock.Chatterjee noted, "Key issues investors should focus on include whether the new independent auditor, BDO, accepts the findings of the special committee or opts to conduct its own review, and whether Nasdaq supports SMCI's request for an extension to regain compliance with listing requirements. SMCI has outlined plans to file its 10-K and 10-Q reports within the compliance deadline."On Monday, SMCI stated that the independent committee found no evidence of misconduct by

$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$  has been extremely volatile. The announcement of no-wrong doing by their internal investigators may not mean much as these were conducted by an employed director. But if the newly appointed External Auditors come up with the same assurance, SMCI will possibly rocket ip again. I see a very similar pattern to MSCR. Any good news will trigger a seismic movement. But you have to have a strong heart to play these kind of stocks. Very high risk, super high rewards.
