$Churchill Capital Corp IV(CCIV)$I think that the merging is a good news but I don’t understand why people are selling off. Anyone can tell me why?

    Many who invested are just profitting off the merger's news, and not in the long position of the company's ability to deliver. Market sentiments for this seemed like a downtrend with price of 20 usd.

      there's the saying "buy the rumor, sell the news" despite having high valuations from the merger. but news is that they are also selling $15/share to institutions
