Looking for some ideas for an

Looking for some ideas for an ETF / buy and hold for my 19 year old son to start DCA into while he's working a 'gap' half year from Uni. Hes a risk taker, and a spender so when he suggested DCA'ing a bit of his fortnightly pay ($30 p/hr) NZD i was thrilled.

Thinking blended or growth. With Trump adminstration and Dow Jones and S&P 500 hitting all time highs, would love to hear what you would suggest. ~

$Invesco S&P 500 Value with Momentum ETF(SPVM)$ but tracks less than beta

VOO and IVV are obvious ones; expensive but would be fractional purchases.

$Schwab U.S. Large-Cap Growth ETF(SCHG)$ low expense, good YYD return, > beta large cap growth

$iShares Russell 1000 ETF(IWB)$ blend or growth

at his age, I'd suggest kiwisaver growth or aggressive fund. aim to contribute enough to be eligible to receive the govt's $521 contribution 🙂
