I think whatever that is important is worthy to be planned for. I definitely plan ahead to enjoy downtime. I forecast leave for planned holidays, important family events to spend time with and also random days just to take a break. During my break days, I watch my favourite shows, play some games and also watch educational videos on investment and religion specific videos.
