$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$  Comparing AMD to NVIDIA requires nuance, and loads of it, as NVIDIA still dominates the AI chip market with a robust ecosystem and much higher profitability, despite facing increasing competition.

As of Nov 2025, AMD is narrowing the gap with Nvidia in AI hardware performance but remains a distant second in market share due to Nvidia's established ecosystem dominance. Analyst price targets for AMD in 2025 are mostly around or under $300, reflecting optimism with potential caution. Whether AMD will touch $300 in 2025 is uncertain I would think. But it is a matter of a day's sudden spike and boom, we would be seeing it at 300. And the corollary is equally possible too. All depends on market moods. So, personally I am waiting for a day's dip to 225 levels to board the bandwagon & then to wait out for the ride [Happy]

AMD Expects Profit to Triple! Are You Missing Out on its AI Story?
AMD is rallying in pre-market trading. At AMD’s Analyst Day, the CEO shared an optimistic outlook for the AI market and expects AMD’s sales to accelerate over the next five years. She also revealed AMD’s financial targets for the next three to five years. AMD aims to capture a “double-digit” market share in the data center AI chip market, with annual revenue from data center chips expected to reach $100 billion within five years. With its rapid AI push and expanding data center business, is AMD catching up with Nvidia? Can the stock hit $300 in 2025?
