Actually this makes perfect sense. If you belief in Cryptocurrencies, why not buy into them directly?

Buying into Bitcoin, you take the risk of the crypto. Buying into something like Strategy, you take on the risk of Bitcoin PLUS the debts and obligations of Strategy! Why would you do that?
