$AMZN and OpenAI Backing Makes $CBRS One of the Hottest AI IPOs

The IPO for $Cerebras Systems(CBRS)$ should open after 10:00am EST for trading and buying.

My price target end of day is $220+ and 1 year from now $300+ Here's everyhing you need to know about $CBRS IPO: $CBRS just priced its IPO at $185/share. This is above the already raised $150–$160 range.

That tells you demand was insane. The book was reportedly oversubscribed 20x+ and institutions were forced to show their real bids. This wasn’t retail hype chasing momentum. Big money wanted exposure badly.

Here’s why this matters:

• Cerebras is positioning itself as a real challenger in AI compute infrastructure.

$Amazon.com(AMZN)$ already confirmed it plans to use Cerebras chips alongside existing AI training processors.

• OpenAI reportedly ran its first model on Cerebras hardware earlier this year.

• OpenAI also holds warrants tied to Cerebras milestones and valuation targets.

Think about what that means. The biggest AI companies in the world are actively testing alternatives to the current AI hardware stack.

Everyone is fighting for a piece now. The craziest part? SoftBank and $ARM Holdings(ARM)$ reportedly approached Cerebras about an acquisition before the IPO even happened. When companies are trying to buy you before you even go public, that usually means one thing: The AI infrastructure war is accelerating much faster than most people realize.
