SpaceX Drops 8% After-Hours — Will Tomorrow's Lockup Expiry Add More Pressure?
SpaceX +9.43% Tuesday, then −8.04% after hours on its first public earnings report, at one point near −9%. Two things beat and one didn't: core financials and narrowing segment losses came in ahead, but AI capex ran above forecast, including a sizable purchase commitment to Nvidia. The bigger event is Thursday, when up to ~911.5 million insider and employee shares — 20% of the unlockable total — become sellable. The good news is already priced; the supply isn't. Who moves first?
