$ONDS Expands Critical Infrastructure Intelligence Platform with Cyberhawk Acquisition:

$ONDS has agreed to acquire Cyberhawk in a deal valued at approximately $125 million, strengthening its presence across the utilities, energy, and industrial infrastructure sectors.

The acquisition adds a customer base of more than 300 organizations, a business model with 95% recurring revenue, and roughly $95 million in contracted backlog. Cyberhawk also brings a valuable proprietary dataset built from over 500,000 infrastructure inspections, enhancing $ONDS’ capabilities in AI-driven asset intelligence and critical infrastructure monitoring.

    Raising capital and issuing shares are common for companies scaling through acquisitions and expanding into new markets. Calling it a scam ignores the fact that $ONDS just agreed to acquire Cyberhawk, adding 300+ customers, ~95% recurring revenue and significant backlog in critical infrastructure intelligence. Dilution is a valid concern, but management is deploying capital to build a much larger platform, not cashing out and walking away.

    This company has been selling and selling shares .. seems like they have so little faith in their share price performance .. so sickening of analysts to talk it up when all this is happening .. what a scam !!!!!
