From SBF to Leopold, Does History Repeat for Great Assets?

Boy genius blows up fund right before multi year run for the ages.

Sounds like a movie script.

I think we are going to look back at Leopold blowing up as the bottom for most of his holdings.

Seen this before?

Guys blows up -> then all of his holdings run hundreds of %s the next few years.

Remember Sam Bankman-Fried and FTX? He had Anthropic, Circle, and LayerZero YEARS ago, none of them were household names yet…before he was liquidated.

Feel eerily similar. SBF blows up, his holdings go nuclear. Leopold blows up, his holdings take off without him?

Different situations of course, but from the lens of a young investor blowing up while owning a basket of exceptional assets…parallels feel eerily similar.

Anyways, a spectacle event like that has the power to change sentiment and perception. Reeks of opportunity.

Stuff you see right before a generational run for the ages. NFA ofc : )
