$HROW CEO Just Laid Out the Bull Case 🚀

Yesterday, $Harrow Health Inc(HROW)$ CEO Mark Baum spoke at Cantor's conference and he couldn't have been more bullish.

Here is everything you need to know.

1. The $250M revenue quarter for 2027.

This goal has been reiterated since 2025. Put it against Q4 2025's $89.1M, and the growth target seems difficult. The business has to nearly triple. If they achieve this, the stock will rally.

2. Under-promise and over-deliver is the new motto.

Baum is changing strategy because Harrow underperformed expectations in H1 2026, when VEVYE pricing changes dragged first-half revenue to about $115M. A lower bar in the future protects the stock from another miss and earns back some credibility.

3. H2 2026 must deliver.

Harrow booked roughly $115M in the first half and guides to $350M to $365M for the year. That leaves about $235M to $250M for the back half. H2 has to more than double H1, a jump of over 100% in six months. The market is skeptical this is doable.

4. G-MELT is the next story.

Mostly reiterated what has been said before. The pre-NDA FDA meeting should be in Q4 2026, with an NDA filing targeted for H1 2027. The compounded version has run through over 1M cataract surgeries and now sits in 800 institutional accounts, up from a single account at the start. Doctors already pay for it out of a capitated fee that keeps shrinking, and they buy it anyway. Turning those 800 cash-pay accounts into an FDA-approved, reimbursable product is what Baum called "a commercial no-brainer."

5. IHEEZO still has 98% of its unit opportunity untouched.

Q2 2026 brought record account growth and record demand, with unit demand up 44% sequentially and 34% year over year. The product did $15.6M in the quarter. One retina doctor can run 50+ injections a day, so Baum wants more units inside each account, not just more accounts on the board.

6. QUELL study reads out in Q4 2026.

It's a 236-patient Phase IV trial run under an IND, so a strong result can amend the IHEEZO label. It puts IHEEZO against the standard of care on pain and patient preference, and it's already well enrolled. The earlier Dang Study read out in July with IHEEZO showing less pain and higher patient preference. Baum called QUELL "the Dang Study on steroids" and compared old-school eye anesthesia to a BlackBerry compared to an iPhone 17.

7. TYRVAYA was bought at under 1x trailing revenue, the best deal Harrow ever did.

Comparable revenue-generating drugs trade at 7x to 10x. Harrow funded it from cash with no dilution and expects it to add over $30M in revenue in 2027. The deal carries sales-milestone payments, and Baum said he'd be thrilled to make them, because paying them means the ROI got even better. It also hands the expanded sales team a second dry eye product to sell into the same doctors pool. This means more revenues per sales call.

8. Baum tracks VEVYE scripts every hour with a Grok Bot pulling prescription data.

Across roughly 100 territories, VEVYE is already the top cyclosporine in a growing number of them, and in some it's the number one prescription product of any kind. His plan climbs in steps, first the top cyclosporine, then the top anti-inflammatory, then the top prescription in the whole category, ahead of older drugs like RESTASIS and Xiidra. The dry eye script market has grown better than 20% a year for two straight years.

9. The August 1 formulary win for VEVYE.

Baum had expected it in early 2027. VEVYE already did $29.4M in Q2 2026, up about 40% sequentially and 58% year over year, before this access even switched on. More contracts are expected over the next 12 to 24 months.

10. Harrow reframes itself around three segments at a spring 2027 Investor Day.

- Ocular surgery

- Retina

- Ocular surface

Baum called the ocular surface franchise uniquely deep, including the only FDA-approved antifungal on the market. The strategy is to own the whole eye-care practice, selling the anesthetic and the therapeutic into the same account.
