🌟🌟🌟 $ARM Holdings(ARM)$ spectacular 17.61% yesterday's surge is a validation of its hyper elastic, asset light licensing model.  However at its current astronomical valuation, chasing the stock right now is an extreme risk that demands waiting for a natural market pullback.

While the market is repricing ARM as the ultimate toll booth of the AI smartphone & edge computing revolution, ARM's stock valuation has entered a financial stratosphere that stretches standard P/E model to its breaking point.

ARM's Bull Case: Whenever Apple, NVIDIA or Microsoft design an AI chip, they must pay ARM an upfront licensing fee plus a recurring royalty on every chip shipped.

ARM's royalty rate makes it an incredibly high margin scalable empire.

The Bear Case: ARM P/E ratio is pushing past 95x.  This means Wall Street has already priced in a near flawless hypergrowth trajectory for the next 5 years.

ARM is a great stock to hold long term as it has exponential growth ahead.

The boss asked me to issue coins
Hello everyone! Today is the eve of the "US Stock Earnings Week War", and it is also the first day of this tiger! To be honest, the boss stuffed a pocket of tiger coins as soon as he entered the office, and gave a death order: "If you can't finish it in a month, don't think about getting off work!" In order to get off work early and eat hot pot, I will hold fresh topics here every day and wait for everyone. As long as you dare to talk, I dare to send it! Look directly at today's hot discussion šŸ‘‡ šŸ”„ The Nasdaq 100 fell 1.1%. Should the Fed FOMC + Big Four be safe from earnings week?
