I am not sure how SPAC is supposed to work, but if the company is valued at 1.3 billion tries to merge with a company of 13 billion valuation, isn't right for the smaller company to own about 10% of the merged company? Assuming the valuation is accurate and it doesn't breech the SPAC rules. 


An investigation on this makes everyone more accountable, hope that there merger can still happen so that investor can benefit.
