Personally, if the infrastructure network for 5G is stable, I would base my buying decision to upgrade a phone due to 5G. The main potential downside for iphone is when they priced it too high and the market respond badly to it. Apple could adjust their price to sell more, but would hurt the profits that is causing the bull now.
I am not sure how SPAC is supposed to work, but if the company is valued at 1.3 billion tries to merge with a company of 13 billion valuation, isn't right for the smaller company to own about 10% of the merged company? Assuming the valuation is accurate and it doesn't breech the SPAC rules. An investigation on this makes everyone more accountable, hope that there merger can still happen so that investor can benefit.
Just food for thought: There are definately huge demend for tesla, but would the demend remain at 1 million per year all the way? Is there any risk of oversupply based on the current demend? And there is also the limitation of the lack of chips to consider for the production to remain at this level.
