SOFI share count has jumped from 800 million to 895 million shares 10％dilution to cover this 1.1 Billion Aqusition of Technisys，SOFI now owns GALILEO，TECHNISYS and partnered with PAGAYA，SOFI is set to blowout their 2020 investor presentation building the AWS of fintech。SOFI is playing the long game trying to build compound growth decades，being fully integrated and offering all their products in house they now added 11 new geographic locations to cross buy into。SOFI should see high end of their 2022 full year guidance。

    With the continuous expansion of business, SoFi will be able to attract new customers and broaden the channels for future cross-purchase. Of course, SoFi needs to change some unfavorable factors in the past in order to become a full-service national bank. Anyway, I am optimistic about the long-term development of this company.

    with good ER we will break $12 and possibly run to $16 next Tuesday. Until then, we should be trading in this $10.50-$12 channel I'm seeing.

    SoFi has officially entered the banking business. The acquisition of Technisys can further expand the company's business. I think this deal is good for SoFi.

    I think earnings release is going to be very good. Hopefully the stock can go up despite the market did like upstart.
