People are still paying over 30x earnings for apparel company.  NKE went up during the pandemic as uneducated investors dumped their free government money into stocks with names they could recognize--we know these guys weren't buying Lam Research.  Now, with the money supply shrinking it's trading back to the level it was at 3 years ago.  It will be trading below $100 soon, but wait for it to go much lower before even considering buying. $Nike(NKE)$

So, value to BABA is cut in half immediately with the split. 63% was the number mentioned in your article. I have read 60% in others. The new percentage of 60% still holds true even if BABA gets that number in shares of the new offerings. STILL no direct link to BABA share holders beyond the original 40% loss of each arm with the split.

$UiPath(PATH)$ Mediocre results, weak outlook, down 2 bucks AH. Where's the growth? No positive GAP earnings in foreseeable future. Need to cut down on SBC. Dead money. Head count is inflated, follow META and cut down on deadwood.

$Digital Turbine(APPS)$ With 3-4x debt, a company should definitely operate strongly cash flow positive and this is often the case with such companies.Overall, it is not so much the debt that discourages me here but the overall package. Even the EPS only look so positive on the surface.

$Wearable Devices Ltd.(WLDS)$ Everyone loves Nvidia's superior revenue performance. So now everything related to AI, chips and computing power can rub off on you! The whole semiconductor and AI sector is buzzing, but how come WLDS is so bad this time?

$Pfizer(PFE)$ The market likely reacted to the $31B debt financing to acquire Seagen reducing its net debt level further. Plus Seagen is a growth acquisition and not expected to work out in the near term. But, considering those, the selloff reflected these headwinds, and therefore, attractive.

$Moderna, Inc.(MRNA)$ Not trying to scare anyone but the excess all cause mortality data is frightening to say the least and I am a trained data analyst. Perhaps it is because of lockdowns or the fact that people taking Covid vaccines are generally older and less healthy but the data is clear. Edward Dowd and Denis Rancourt are doing great work parsing through this data. Please be careful with the choices you make.

$Bank of America(BAC)$ Are the assets safe? That's the question. I think yes. Will the assets-for-sale decrease significantly in value? Maybe. Will the loans go bad? Maybe. If the assets are safe, then the current price is good. But this might go in the "too hard" pile.
