Only Elon Musk know his game plan on Twitter takeover. Is it a smokescreen or an acquisition to use Twitter as his main media platform for his business empire? Quite honestly, Twitter isn't truly popular in Asia region but rather active in US. Since I'm neither a user nor an investor, I'll just stay on the sidelines and watch the show as it unfolds. Court showdown as always been around all these years, nothing is new however it can a distraction to Musk's other businesses such as Tesla and SpaceX. I don't see the benefit of guessing what's the outcome. For the benefit of his investors, let's just hope this courtroom showdown can get over quickly as possible.
Will Elon Musk Pay for Twitter Breakup Fee?
Twitter will battle Musk in an elongated court battle to recoup the deal and/or the breakup fee of $1 billion at minimum. Will Musk pay for it?
