good//@Mm101:C//@JC888:I have been observing Apple $Apple(AAPL)$from afar for the longest time. From a consumer viewpoint, lusting after the NeXT desktop but could not afford, then the iPod but found it so proprietary (Marketing said its "exclusive" whatever) and then the iPhone (again too proprietary for my liking). So we have come a long way, I say. When the opportunity arose due to stock split, I managed to buy a few shares (budget permitting) before witnessing it bounced up & down. Actually down more than up. Until one day out of the blue it just kept bubbling up. Of course I was elated with that - which investor wouldn't, tell me ?Have been holding onto APPL for coming to 1.5 years now. Disappointed - "Yes" of course because the dividends paid is really miserable taking into considerations it is a Trillion dollar company and its Quarterly results have been encouraging. I am sure what Apple, Tim Cook and his fleet of bankers know what they are doing financially with the Bonds issue; will leave it as that. And I do understand (not in details) that debt can be a “good”tool when used with care and skills. So no qualms about that; at least not for the immediate moment.Long for the days when APPL would once again bubble up to its former price (USD$1,800) just before stock split. When that day arrives and I know it would; only then will I be happy. In the meantime, I wait with abated breath for Apple to announce its next product during one of its annual event again. Do you recall that fateful day when Steve Jobs presented the iPhone (with a finger scrolling screen) for the first time to the world (live streaming) ? It was epic.Again, I wait to witness another epic to unfold, under the auspices of Tim Cook. I have confidence that it will take the world by storm once again; as history has proven that Apple would.Viva la Apple !!PS – I noted to the a phrase in one of the sub points – “Even after spending $90 billion on buybacks…… finish 2027…” should it be 2027 or 2022 ?? Is this a typo error ? Just wondering…@TigerStars@CaptainTiger@MillionaireTiger@Daily_Discussion
