Thank //@Ah Meng:

Have every one seen my last post? Any feedback? I would love to hear your experience on the service and the hiccups I have experienced. Is it just me or... I had hoped that by posting the last post, Tiger will notice some of its app issues and can improve for the better... However I probably need more comments and/or like for the administrative team to take notice. If you face the same problem, one or another that I have mentioned, it would be great that many will take note and contribute...

@Ah_MengBelieve it or not, I have the most to say about the comment, sharing, viewing section of this forum. I am not sure if anyone has the same sentiment. I have a love-hate relationship with this part of Tiger app. I love the part where we can share our information, idea and provide feedback to the platform. I also enjoy reading about our viewpoints, exchange ideas and trading insights. I like the fact that Tiger app gathers news articles about many stocks. This feature helps to save me time to go into different stock exchanges to grab company announcements and understand reason for big shares price fluctuations of certain stock of interest. Besides contribution from users of Tiger app, Tiger app grabs articles from various sources, like Motley Fool, Reuters, Seeking Alpha, etc. The above is also the beginning of many frustrations I faced. Given that when one is keen to research more of a certain company, one would want to read as much about that company as possible. I understand that if a particular company is too small, probably the interest could be low and news articles or analyst interest is far and few. However it may seem strange that even those obscure companies announcement were not even worth listing in the platform. It is also frustrating not to be able to read from contributors like Seeking Alpha. Platforms have their policies and may require payment for assess. However it is still frustrating to see the initial lines and nothing... If this is the case, Tiger app might as well not put contributors like Seeking Alpha in, so as not to draw readers in the first place. I also do not like to read articles with only headlines or single-liner with little details. Last but not least, in fact is my biggest thumb down of this feature, when I move away mid-way while typing, what I had written DISAPPEARED!!! I have to redo typing again... The reason why I left the article hanging most of the time was when I switched to another tab to verify my facts before continuing writing... What's wrong with that? Can't system have a save button or something to preserve my incomplete article? Oh! One more thing, I still do not know how to use the bullish/bearish button. The bullish/bearish thing just appeared from nowhere. However, no matter what stocks I look at, I have never found one with that bullish/bearish mark for me to click. I heard it is reserved for popular stocks. But why not even Tesla or Apple stocks have that? I don't like it when the platform assumed everything is self explanatory... Really one last thing, recently I realized that when I read news articles, they no longer qualified as those 5 news/articles thing that rewards 10 coins. I don't know why and when this started. I also don't know the purpose for this change. I thought the coins rewards are for encouragement in participation in the platform. Reading any articles, be it news or from contributors, should not attract any bias. I hope Tiger can remedy this and revert back to the original. I also hope that there is more variety of uses for the Tiger coins.
