      There are a few things that needs to consider:

      1. why George did not delay the spin of? Why the YouTubers did not question George or pressed him to delay the spin off?

      2. Why there is absolute silence from George and NB management?

      3. Why NB website removed the 3.2 barrels of Oil assets?
