IMO:  No matter which tickers you are investing. In the past 3 years since I started investing in stock and shares. The Bear is usually stronger than the Bull or in favour. Why? Simply because there isn't a trading halt when Bear is working. At least not that I have seen. Why?  1)The Bull has to fight both the massive amount of share been lend out for Short and could be more than the balance available shares for lending.  2) Off Exchange where we don't get to see who's fighting the Bull. Institutions, Hedge Fund,  Brokers, Business Competitors? Illegal Shorting( Naked Shorts Selling= Selling shares without owning shares=IOU) all of these we don't see any trading halt. That's the reasons why the investing public is gathering together the best they can to dig the tru

Here in Tiger platform as a member we trust that our broker stand on our side and provide us all the available and necessary updates and news regards to the U3 Halt and the situation surrounding MMTLP. But they are NOT, not even one news or NBH filing had been updated here in this platform. Our MMTLP shares is just a placeholder under Trade UP Securities. In my opinion majority of us is having counterfeit shares, meaning it's not backed by certificate and that's why we have resistance in transferring our shares to AST=EQ.  I am hanging on to MMTLP and still fighting... $NXBR(NXBR)$  Did anyone receive a direct email from Tiger? Transfer fees revised from usd600 to usd300. But there is a 8%GST not mention in our previous Corporate Action.

$NXBR(NXBR)$  if you have follow twitter and space chat you know that MMTLP is oversold. Meaning there are counterfeit shares in the float. And that a lot which was carry over from TRCH.  That statement made in the Corporate Action may not be coming directly from Nextbridge Hydrogen. But I will find out soon on that.  I called Tiger earlier and ask lot of questions. They hangup halfway. I can suspect that they are not telling the truth. Will wait and see. In that phone call and they explained: 1st Sept is when they start to transfer and it take about 6weeks from that on. Last entry for transfer is before noon 1st Sept. So, we still have some time to find out more. They may have screwed us with counterfeit shares, but let wait and se

$NXBR(NXBR)$  The Corporate Action Notice from Tiger seem ridiculous on the charges to transfer our shares to AST. If all shares are Real NBH shares. There shouldn't be an overwhelming demand to transfer. No More No Less! Tiger broker stated before 1MMTLP=1NBH No Action is needed. Based on S-1 Form before the Halt we are entitled to 1 for 1. Meta Material Inc S-1 Form has not change.  In My Opinion: If I don't transfer I am still entitled the 1 for 1. I will try to find out more, but I strongly believe we have counterfeit shares here.

If you are still holding and having the hope that we will have a settlement, then please do some search and due diligence about what is going on now and why Congressman demand a briefing from SEC. Rough journey and get to learn a lot about the US Financial System. One word: FRAUD! NEXT BRIDGE HYDROCARBONS assets is our dividend (165.5millions shares). The fight has not ended yet, and we are close to winning the battle. Will we have a settlement or will we have our 2 trading days back? No one knows.
